MVP has originated dozens of live, interactive O.R. teleconferences conducted by renowned surgeons in the nation.
(Shown: Total Knee Replacement for Stryker.)

Since 2001, we have been a medical production resource for Stryker Orthopaedics, Mahwah, NJ, specializing in surgical training and product education.  We have telecast detailed 2-3 camera hip and knee replacement procedures originating from Piedmont Hospital - Atlanta, GA, Cleveland Clinic - Medina, OH, Palmetto Health Richland - Columbia, SC and St. Mary's Hospital - Athens, GA.  We have also produced training videos for doctors based at Children's Hospital at Scottish Rite - Atlanta, the Medical University of South Carolina - Charleston and St. Vincent's Healthcare - Jacksonville, FL.

These surgical video presentations have been viewed by hundreds of medical professionals in Japan, Europe and across the United States.  We have also been chosen to provide complete media presentation services for the annual RLO surgical conference held at the Capital City Club in Atlanta.  These live procedures have been sent on the Stryker Satellite Network to over 40 downlink sites across the country.

Our experienced crews can provide location production and consulting services for facilities that wish to distribute via satellite, ISDN or DVD.  Please contact us with your requirements.

Patient Education & Community Awareness

In 1990, we began producing medical and health related videos for Saint Joseph's Hospital of Atlanta.  Primary among them was their first foray into Patient Education video titled "Cardiac Health & Rehabilitation".  This 8-minute informational presentation was designed to introduce cardiac patients to the program, then in its early stages.

Soon thereafter, with the support of Philips Medical Systems, we produced a short piece for the inauguration of the Saint Joseph's Breast Health Center.  In addition to being the cornerstone presentation at the ceremony, keynoted by Ann Jillian, it was distributed as a promotional video for several years.

1991 saw the critically acclaimed "Taking Health Care to the Streets" directed by Donna Bradley.  This 10 minute B/W video told the story of the hospital's outreach to Atlanta's homeless community with its Mercy Mobile healthcare motorcoach.  Consisting of location audio soundbites, music and interviews, the message was driven by the riveting photography of Laura Sikes.

Other notables include: the 110th Anniversary Physician's Appreciation video, a WINGS Commemorative for the Saint Joseph's Hospital Auxiliary and the E. Napier Burson Award for Physician Distinction.
